My name is Espeth Leo Mbalamula from Tanzania, aged 26. From the childhood I always wanted to become someone who can change the community by giving them back what they offered to me. The only thing just went on my way is where I would be hired after completing my University Degree. Most of the jobs here in Tanzania are not just there to grab you have to earn it, so I changed my way and went to volunteer with Voluntary Services Overseas (VSO) under the programme called Enhancing Employability Through Vocational Training (EEVT) in Mtwara. The project helped me a lot to whom I am right now, though I have not fulfilled my dream yet but I am on my way up to there. My advise to my fellow youths is not to get directly into the jobs, they can volunteer first in order for them to get more skills and knowledge that is needed most by now days employees.#CHALLENGE YOURSELF TO CHANGE YOUR WORLD#VSO-ICS.
